Position Overview:

As Activity Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of both in-house and outsourced activities. You will play a vital role in shaping Solveryn’s product offerings, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, creativity, and guest satisfaction.

We are looking for an individual who is proactive, structured, and thrives in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will work closely with our host team and management to enhance the quality of Solveryn’s experiences and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of all activities at Solveryn

• Ensure high-quality guest experiences through participation, evaluation, and feedback (content, instructions, timing, etc.)

• Lead, recruit, and train activity guides and seasonal staff

• Execute activities and develop new concepts across all seasons

• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols

• Coordinate with other departments to provide a seamless guest journey

• Create activity schedules and manage staffing plans

• Monitor budgets and pursue sales targets through enhanced product offerings

• Contribute to making Solveryn a premier travel destination in Lapland

Qualifications:

• Education in tourism, event management, or related fields

• Proven experience in similar roles, ideally within experience-based tourism

• Background in quality control and safety practices

• Personnel leadership experience

• Proficiency in English; Finnish or Swedish is a strong advantage

• Deep appreciation and knowledge of nature-based tourism
