Creamy parsnip soup, goat cheese creme and roasted sesame seeds

Mouth-watering roast elk, carrot purée, black pepper sauce and season’s vegetables

Dinner at the Ice Restaurant requires an entrance ticket to the Solveryn Hotel . With the ticket, you can explore all the snow hotel rooms, the Ice Chapel, and the Ice Bar — and admire hundreds of stunning snow and ice sculptures!
