Solveryn AS is currently looking for on-call and extra help waitstaff to support our team during peak times, weekends, and seasonal operations.

As a waitress at Solveryn, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism, attentiveness, and warmth. You will serve as a host, ensuring that our guests feel welcome and well cared for throughout their dining experience.

You will be part of a dedicated service team and are expected to contribute to the overall quality and reputation of Solveryn’s two signature restaurants – Maku (fine dining) and Lavvu (à la carte). The role reports directly to the Restaurant Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• Host and attend to guests with professionalism and care

• Serve and present food and beverages to guests

• Prepare dining areas, maintain cleanliness, and uphold restaurant standards

• Operate order and payment systems

• Assist in other operational duties as needed

• Participate in rotating day, evening, and weekend shifts

Qualifications:

• Education or prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage

• Familiarity with booking/reservation systems and general IT skills are beneficial

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential; Finnish or Swedish is advantageous
